Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Padel Nation (“we”, “us”) for using the Padel Nation website and app. By creating an account or using Padel Nation you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Padel Nation.

1. Beta

Padel Nation is in beta. Features may change, pause or break, and we may update the service at any time. It is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.

2. Who can use Padel Nation

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account per person. Use your real name, birthday and details, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Players

• When you book a place in a game, turn up on time. If you can’t make it, leave the game in the app as early as you can so someone else can play.
• Follow each Community’s rules and the venue’s rules.
• Communities may track no-shows and can remove or block members.

4. Community founders and managers

• Founders and managers run their own Communities and games. They are responsible for the venue, the court booking, the game format, any fees and how their games are run.
• Game details you post (time, venue, price, level, rules) must be accurate, and results must be entered fairly.
• Padel Nation does not organise, host or supervise games.

5. Fees and payments

Padel Nation does not take payments. Any game fee is paid directly to the Community or venue, outside the app. Questions about fees, refunds or cancellations are between you and the Community.

6. Playing safely

Padel is a physical sport. You take part at your own risk and should only play if you are fit to do so. Padel Nation is not responsible for injuries, accidents, damage, lost items or anything that happens at a venue or game.

7. How to behave

Don’t use Padel Nation to:

• harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
• post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
• impersonate someone, create fake accounts or misuse other people’s information;
• send spam or advertising that isn’t welcome;
• interfere with the app, other accounts or our systems.

You can report people, Communities, games and messages through Help & Report. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (your photo, bio, messages and Community content). You allow us to store and show it inside Padel Nation so the service works, for example showing your profile to other players or your Community page to visitors.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account & security. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, Padel Nation is not liable for indirect losses, or for anything caused by other users, Communities, venues or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law that cannot be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we’ll let you know in the app. Using Padel Nation after an update means you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
