Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Padel Nation collects, why we use it, who can see it and the choices you have. Padel Nation is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

Account details: your name, username and email. Your password is stored encrypted by our login provider; we never see it. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Profile: your photo, bio, skill level, preferred side and dominant hand.
Private details: your phone number, birthday, gender and nationality.
Activity: the Communities you join or follow, the games you book or wait for, partners, results, points and rankings, friends, and the Alerts we send you.
Messages: what you send in Community chats and private chats.
Reports you send through Help & Report.
Technical information: login cookies, a short cookie that remembers how you found us (for example, a shared game link), your theme choice, the push notification address of your device if you turn alerts on, and error reports that include your browser type.

Why we use it

To create and run your account and keep you logged in.
To run Communities and games: bookings, waiting lists, partners, results and leaderboards.
To check who can join a game, for example age (18+), level or women-only / men-only games.
To show your profile to other players and help you find friends.
To send Alerts and push notifications you’ve chosen to receive.
To keep Padel Nation safe: handling reports, stopping misuse and enforcing our Terms.
To understand how Padel Nation is used and fix problems, including combined statistics about our players (for example age groups or nationalities) that never identify anyone.

Who can see what

Other logged-in players can see your profile: name, username, photo, bio, skill level, side, hand, stats, Community rankings and wins.
Anyone with the link can see Community pages, including their games and leaderboards (names and photos of ranked players).
Community founders and managers can see their members’ profiles and their activity in that Community (bookings, results, no-shows). They also see combined statistics about their members, such as the share of women or age groups, never one person’s details. These appear only once enough members are included, and groups of fewer than 3 people are hidden.
Chat messages are visible to the people in that chat.
Your phone number, birthday, gender and nationality are never shown to other players or founders. Only Padel Nation administrators can see them, for support, safety and combined statistics. Founders only see the combined statistics described above.

Services we use

We use trusted providers to run Padel Nation. They only use your information to provide their service to us:

Supabase: database, login and photo storage (servers in Mumbai, India).
Vercel: website hosting, plus privacy-friendly visitor statistics that don’t use cookies or track you across sites.
Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
Resend: sending account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.
Apple, Google and Mozilla push services: delivering push notifications to your device if you turn them on.

This means your information may be stored or processed outside the UAE. We don’t sell your information and we don’t show ads.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, your login, profile and the information linked to it are deleted. Copies in backups are removed over time.

Your choices

Edit your profile at any time from Profile.
Turn notifications on or off in Profile → Notifications.
Delete your account from Profile → Account & security.
Ask for a copy of your information, or ask a question about it, by emailing support@padelnation.club or through Help & Report.

Age

Padel Nation is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think someone under 18 has an account, please let us know at support@padelnation.club or through Help & Report.

Changes

We may update this policy. If the changes are important, we’ll let you know in the app.
